At Welcome 2 Our Haven, we provide compassionate personal care and senior assisted living in a private residential home setting where every resident is cared for with the same dignity, patience, and kindness that we would want for our own family. Our home is built around the belief that receiving care should never mean giving up independence, comfort, or the things that make life meaningful.
With 24/7 Support, fully furnished private rooms, nourishing meals, meaningful connection, and individualized care, we create an environment where residents feel safe, respected, valued, and truly at home. Every family’s situation is different, but there are often signs it’s time to consider assisted living. If your loved one is struggling with daily tasks, experiencing falls, missing medications, becoming isolated, or needing more support than family members can safely provide, assisted living may be the right next step. Our home is built around the belief that receiving care should never mean giving up independence or the comfort of the things that make life meaningful. We offer four levels of care based on each resident’s individual needs:
Independent: No assistance needed.
Supervision Care: Assistance with medication and dressing.
Minimal Assistance: Help with medication, dressing, showering, and occasional incontinence needs.
Moderate Assistance: Help with medication, dressing, showering, incontinence care, and one-person mobility assistance.
Care level pricing ranges from $950–$2,000, based on an individual assessment and the level of support needed.

Independent living is designed for seniors who can manage daily life on their own but want the support of a maintenance-free senior living community. Assisted living provides additional support with daily activities like medication reminders, bathing, dressing, and meals while still encouraging as much independence as possible.
Our all-inclusive monthly rate starts at $4,300 and includes personalized care, private accommodations, home-cooked meals, snacks, and support tailored to your loved one’s individual needs. A one-time, non-refundable $2,500 community fee and a $450 refundable deposit are also required.
We do not accept Medicaid, Medicare, or VA benefits at this time. We are a private-pay assisted living facility in Colorado Springs. Welcome 2 Our Haven offers a smaller, more personal residential environment — a warm and intimate home where residents can feel comfortable, recognized, and genuinely cared for. Our smaller setting allows us to truly get to know each resident and build meaningful connections throughout their everyday lives.

We do not provide transportation directly, but we’re happy to help arrange transportation on your loved one’s behalf. Whether they need to get to a medical appointment, run a personal errand, or attend another scheduled outing, we’ll work to ensure they have reliable transportation when they need it.
